Vetrified tiles of 24” x 24” Except Toilets & Balconies.

Kitchen

Black Granite counter with stainless Steel sink with Drain board size 18” x 36”. Cuddapah slabs are provided in the shelf. Exhaust fan opening will be provided. Printed tiles8”x12” above the kitchen counter to the height of 2 ft.

Bathroom & Toilet

EWC & Wash basin are in white colour of Parryware or equivalent make. Three washbasins will be provided in 3 bedroom Flats. Two wash Basins for 2 bedroom Flats. Bathroom fittings are Metro or Equivalent make. 8” x 12” printed glazed tiles to the height of 7 ft will be provided.

Door frames & Shutters

Main entrance door frame is teak wood with Imported skin Moulded door. Other door frames are good quality seasoned and chemically treated country wood and Flush doors with 30 mm thickness. All Toilet door shutters and frames will be water proof fiberglass with S.S.Hinges. Golden mortice lock provided for Main door and other bedroom doors are with ordinary mortice locks.

Windows

Window frames are made of good quality seasoned and chemically treated Country wood with shutters or Anodized Aluminum window frames and shutters with 4 mm thick pinheaded Glass.

Electricity supply and Wiring

Three phase Electricity supply and Independent meters. Good Branded ISO 9001 quality Concealed copper wiring for light and fan points. Switches are Semi Modular type. Double door DB with PROVISION for phase changer switch. Power points will be provided for essential electrical appliances. Two AC points will be provided .

Wardrobes

Required space is provided for lofts and shelves in any one side of the all bedrooms and kitchen.

Phone and Television

Telephone point will be provided in Living room and Master bedroom. Television point will be provided in Living room.

Lift

Six Passengers Lift of JOHNSON make is provided

Painting

Interior walls will be finished with Emulsion paint and Exterior walls will be finished with Emulsion Exterior paint

Pest control

Pre and post construction termite control is being done.

Rainwater harvesting

water will be conserved with rainwater harvesting methods.
