Door frames & Shutters: Main entrance door frame is 1st quality teak wood with both side teak veneer flush door. Other door frames are good quality seasoned and chemically treated country wood with 30mm thick Imported skin Moulded door. All Toilet door will be water proof flush doors with Mica Finish. Godrej Rim lock provided for Main door and other bedroom doors are with Cylindrical lock.
Windows: UPVC frames and shutters with 4mm plain glass.
Electricity supply and wiring: Three phase Electricity supply and Independent meters. Good Branded ISO 9001 quality Concealed copper wiring for light point, fan points and power Sockets. Switches are Modular. Double door DB with phase changer switch. Power points will be provided for essential electrical appliances. AC Points will be provided for all Bedroom and Hall/ Dinning. Power back will be provided for Lift and common Area and 1KVA power backup to each flat.
Wardrobe space: Required space provided in all bedrooms and kitchen.
Lofts: Loft on any one side of all Bedrooms and Kitchen.
Phone & Television: Television points will be provided in Living room and all bedrooms. Telephone point will be provided in Living room and All Bedrooms.

5) Provisions of any feature not included in the above list will be entirely at our discretion and any additional cost to be borne by the Flat buyer.
6) The cost for additional amenities has to be paid in advance with 12.5% VAT before commencement of such works.
